Beginnings

It started when I was 14. My English teacher told me I was the best writer in her class. My head got super big.* So, I ran with it.

I went to school for Journalism and Public Relations at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Learned I hated the oxford comma (thank you AP Style). Also learned I loved copywriting (thank you ADV 290).

Then I blinked. Here I am.

*My head has since shrunk. You would never know it was big. I promise I fit most, if not all, one-size-fits-all hats.
